AKA C&CF
CRYME is a Berlin-based DJ, producer, and co-founder of SEVEN, where he also leads A&R. His path into music was anything but conventional. After spending fifteen years playing football with hopes of a professional career, his attention gradually turned toward Berlin's nightlife and its music scene. Without any formal musical training, he taught himself to DJ and began developing a sound that draws on the driving energy of techno and the warmth of house music.
He started producing in 2022, releasing a series of EPs that reflect his instinct for rhythm and dancefloor feeling. In 2024 he released The Back Room EP on Is Serving Records, with the track London Boy becoming his most streamed and best-selling release to date. That same year he contributed to the Pornceptual 10th anniversary compilation, further building his reputation as a producer with something to say.
On the live side, 2024 brought a busy stretch of shows including appearances at The Third Room, Gotec, Boiler Room, and Basement New York, alongside a second tour through China, Japan, and Korea. He joined the Amsterdam party series De Reünie as a resident, and later in the year became a resident at Pornceptual, a collective known for its inclusive and open-minded approach to events.
In November 2024, CRYME launched SEVEN with the release of his five-track HOLD ON EP as SEVEN7001 The record features remixes from Cinthie, Lydia Eisenblätter, Volpe, and Obscure Shape, a selection that reflects the label's commitment to balance across gender and genre. The release sold out and was subsequently repressed as SEVEN7001LTS.
He went on to release Reality Rush (SEVEN7003) and Saveur de Monbi, a colab with his friend Ben Reymann (SEVEN7005). He has also collaborated with friends ogtrues (ART07 on A.2AUM) and Christoph Faust (ART06 also on A.2AUM).
CRYME is a prolific producer and has released on many other labels including Big Trouble by Andre Zimmer, Oddysee, He.She.They. and Creatures of the Night by Zombies in Miami. He has upcoming releases on LA's Gyration Station and Axis of People by Fantastic Man.
CRYME had his debut at Berghain's Panorama Bar in June 2026.
CRYME’s hot picks from the SEVEN Store
Records CRYME is reaching for right now, hand-picked from behind the counter.
The Remix of fleet.dreams giving me the goosebumbzzz. Restraint & atmospheric deep house will hug you at 3am on the dancefloor.
The whole release of Oceanic on Nousklaer is just phenomenal. From house to techno, from slow to fast, you will find your way. B side hits for me. (B1) This kind of dark distorted noise in the background plus the shifty percussions on the side is perfect for recharging the dance floor. (B2) I never heard a better relationship between a bass and a pad. Plus the spaced out noises giving the whole track the cherry on top.
Nothing really to add here. Such a masterpiece from Maara on NAFF. Favorites B4 & D2. Def some Earworm materials inside!
I think this Album speaks for itself. Dubbed out full of surprise and perfect for opening, keeping the NRG or getting lost completely on the dance floor.
DJ Merlin I like this. Proggy textured rich swompy stompers will def set the dance floor to a frog valley lol plus this Dirt Bubble (Dnb) is just nuts
