A Bandcamp fulfilment service by vinyl lovers for a handful of small labels and artists we love. You focus on making amazing music, we handle your Bandcamp dispatch, customs, tracking and customer service, end to end, from our shop in Berlin, Germany.
Why we do it
A labour of love, run properly.
We run this semi-commercially: the aim is to break even, not to profit. It exists to support the music community, so we only take on labels and artists who are aligned with us, musically and otherwise. We fulfil a lot of orders for ourselves and our partners, so we are genuinely good at it: real tech, real systems, years of experience. But we keep the volume low on purpose, so the service stays exceptional.
We already run Bandcamp fulfilment for ourselves, and for Lethal Loops (Tarkno), Big Trouble Records (Andre Zimmer), Layers and Pornceptual.
What your customers get
No nasty surprises at the door.
Customs is a menace, and we spent months getting it right. EU orders never see customs. UK orders arrive duty-paid: we settle the duty and import tax up front, so your customer pays nothing. And vinyl is exempt from US import duty, so your American customers pay nothing on delivery either. The parcel just arrives.
Want to slip a sticker, poster or download card into every order? Send them to us and we’ll include them in each parcel, free.
Customer service
All your customers handled with care.
We handle all of your customer service, directly with your buyers, so you don’t have to. Every message comes in to an address dedicated to your label (yourlabel@seven.berlin), and we reply however your customer prefers: email, WhatsApp or iMessage.
Support runs Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 CET, with a one-hour response time. It all runs on our own helpdesk technology, where every message, order and tracking number sits in one place, so we can actually solve things quickly, not just acknowledge them. That’s what makes the difference between good service and great service.
The rate card
The shipping we’ll set on your Bandcamp.
We set your Bandcamp shipping rates, country by country, to cover the full cost of getting each record to its buyer, including our handling costs. You keep the entire payout for your music, and we take only the shipping. This is exactly what your buyers would see at checkout.

Tracking & service
We watch every order until it is delivered.
- Every order ships with full end-to-end tracking.
- Our own SEVEN Ship system re-checks every parcel in transit every 15 minutes. The moment something needs attention, like a parcel resting at a packstation or a missed delivery, we know, and we reach the customer before it becomes a problem.
- Orders and shipping are fully wired into our helpdesk, so when a buyer messages us we can see their order and sort it fast. WhatsApp, iMessage or email, usually answered within a couple of hours.
How pricing works
Costs come out of shipping, not your pocket.
- €2.00 for the first record in an order, €1.00 for each additional, covering warehousing, pick & pack, customer service and customs handling.
- €1.10 for the vinyl mailer.
- We build these into the Bandcamp shipping rates the buyer pays, so you keep the full payout for your vinyl and we take the shipping side.
Setup
Live in three steps.
- Connect your Bandcamp store to ours so we can manage your orders. We set up yourlabel@seven.berlin for support, direct to our helpdesk.
- Send us your logo so we can put it on your dispatch notes and emails, and ship us your vinyl.
- Send customers our way. Any customer-service question you get, on Instagram or direct, just pass to us and we’ll look after them for you.
What to expect
The numbers, honestly.
If a reship is ever needed, we don’t charge you or the customer. Wrong addresses (a missing house number, a bad postcode) happen more than you’d think, so we validate every Bandcamp address against the national postal service and email the customer to check before we ship. It’s worth leaving a few spare copies with us, so we can replace the rare lost or damaged one immediately.

Questions
A few things labels ask us.
Can I get my records sent to SEVEN directly from my distributor or pressing plant?
Yes, of course. Send them straight here and we’ll look after them for you.
Can I sell my records in the SEVEN store too?
Yes, of course. We only do fulfilment for labels and artists who align with SEVEN, so we’d love to stock your records in our shop in Berlin, Mitte. Jonny Mojo, our store curator and buyer, will sort that out with you.
Can you handle merch as well as vinyl?
Yes. Tell us what you’d like to sell and we’ll figure it out together.
Can I come and make social content of my orders going out?
Absolutely, we love helping with that. You’re very welcome.
Data & privacy
Your customers’ data, treated properly.
We’re a small Berlin operation, and we run our own order, dispatch and support systems rather than handing everything to a big fulfilment platform. We use your customers’ details for one thing only: getting their record to them, and helping if something goes wrong.
We share an address with the courier so they can deliver, and that’s it. We never use customer data for marketing, never sell it, and never pass it to anyone else. Fully GDPR-compliant, under EU law.
The small print
No contract term or minimums.
We just work with people and labels we love and respect, so there are no minimum contract terms, no minimum volumes and no storage costs. If you’re happy, we’re happy, and it doesn’t matter whether you do a big volume or a small one.
A few odd corners of the map.
A handful of places have shipping costs Bandcamp simply can’t model, like the Canary Islands, which Bandcamp files under Spain but couriers treat very differently, and far more expensively. If an order comes in from one of these rare spots, we’ll talk the real cost through with the customer; if they’d rather not pay it, we cancel and refund through your Bandcamp. It almost never happens.
