In-store collection
Order online and pick it up free from our shop in Berlin Mitte. We'll send you an email as soon as your order is ready for collection, normally within an hour of you placing it if it's during our opening times.
If you'd like a friend to collect your order, that's totally fine. Just ask them to give your name and order number at the store and we'll find it for them.
Out of hours collection for DJs
We understand that sometimes you're in a DJ emergency. You've got a flight to catch, you're off to a gig, or you need some headphones, an Ortofon cartridge, a USB stick, our 7 port USB adapter or another accessory, or some vinyl for your set, and you need to collect it outside our store hours.
We always keep Sennheiser HD25 and AIAIAI headphones in stock, ready for collection.
Our office is right behind the record store, and we're normally in Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00. If you need to collect an in-store collection order outside our normal store opening hours, we're very happy to help. Just turn up and ring the doorbell and we'll come and help you, or send us an iMessage, WhatsApp or email first if you'd like to confirm.
We're always here and always happy to help DJs in an emergency, or visitors to Berlin who are travelling and want to pick something up before their flight home.
