This week Resident Advisor brought its Collectives series to SEVEN, spending time with us here at the label office and our new record store on Torstrasse in Berlin.
RA's Collectives is a series that profiles the crews, labels and spaces shaping dance music, so to have one of the most respected publications in the scene want to tell our story means a lot we were super excited to see them.
"We headed to SEVEN's new IRL community space and store in Berlin," RA wrote. Founded by CRYME and Glenn Elliott, SEVEN is a queer label and management platform working with artists across house and techno, including Cinthie, Roza Terenzi, JakoJako and MCR-T. As RA put it, the new space is "part record store, part community hub," bringing together vinyl, DJ gear, record repairs, merch and in-store sessions under one roof.
For a publication as respected as Resident Advisor to spend time with us, and to capture what we are building so beautifully, is something we are genuinely proud of. Our thanks to RA, and to Marbella Studio, who filmed it.
