SEVEN is proud to releases our third EP and the second from label co-founder CRYME with catalogue number SEVEN7003 . The EP is titled Reality Rush and CRYME collaborated with his friends Christoph Faust and Mesmer on remixes.
The Reality Rush EP blends classic, atmospheric house with a modern mix.
Reality Rush by CRYME is exclusively on Beatport from today January 2, 2025. The release is available on all major platforms and in stores on January 16, 2025.
Vinyl copies ship from SEVEN’s Bandcamp store or Discogs store on 16th January and full trade distribution in record stores following in February.
SEVEN7003: Reality Rush by CRYME: Track Listing
Four tracks are on the vinyl, five on the digital download including the digital bonus track from Mesmer.
A1 – Reality Rush is an upbeat house track with playful sound design, classic drums, steady rhythm, and a powerful bassline. It sets an energetic foundation for the EP, inviting listeners to explore SEVEN’s distinct sound, balancing house and techno.
A2 – Christoph Faust’s remix of Reality Rush is inspired by the Detroit sound. It features a heavier kick, slower tempo, and a more sluggish vibe. He retained the big synth stabs, reversed the vocals, and added familiar old school vocal samples.
B1 – Aurora is a stripped back to basics track under the concept of: Less is more. It has a soothing, laid-back vibe with percussion-driven beats and prominent congas, perfect for a late-night ride through the city.
B2- Orbit Exp. is a groovy house track taking listeners out of this orbit. It features ever-changing, pulsating pads that create and release tension, giving the illusion of drifting away in space.
As a digital bonus, Mesmer reimagines Reality Rush with reverb and delay. He adds adding depth while maintaining a mellow, laid-back vibe similar to the original.

Christoph Faust
Christoph Faust’s journey into electronic music began 15 years ago. He was inspired by Berlin’s creative movement that encouraged many from the graffiti scene to explore new artistic paths.
For Christoph, standing still is never an option. Over the years, he has introduced various alias projects, labels, and event series, each reflecting his evolving artistry.
After five successful years as Inhalt Der Nacht, Christoph sought greater musical freedom. He wantedto create and perform music driven by his inspiration and emotion rather than being tied to a single genre. That’s when he launched his house alias using his real name.
Now performing as Christoph Faust, he continues to surprise audiences with a dynamic range of sounds. From techno and house to ambient and breakbeat—all while delivering unforgettable dance floor experiences and pushing creative boundaries.
How we met
SEVEN and Christoph first met in the summer of 2024 when Christoph invited SEVEN co-founder CRYME onto his mix series. Since then we have worked together on this remix, a DJ set for our mix series plus Christoph will release an EP on SEVEN in 2025. When we invited him to make a mix for Reality Rush he said yes immediately.

Mesmer
Mesmer is a Swedish DJ and producer based in Berlin, known for his passion for house music. With a versatile approach, he seamlessly mixes and produces various styles within the genre, creating an energetic and engaging atmosphere.
His DJ sets are packed with infectious grooves and uplifting vibes. He takes audiences on a journey through house music’s subgenres—from deep and soulful to funky and high-energy.
Mesmer’s skill in blending tracks creates a seamless flow that keeps dance floors moving. His then adds his own distinctive touch drawn from diverse musical influences.
Since moving to Berlin in 2018, Mesmer has immersed himself in the local house music scene. Working regularly, he has refined his craft and built connections.
As an emerging artist, he is dedicated to sharing his love for house music and making his mark on dance floors.
How we met
Mesmer met SEVEN co-founder Glenn Elliott back in 2023. Glenn was working for Berlin’s ANIMA party and Mesmer played there as part of the Kedi Bounce 3 way B2B2B House act.
Glenn fell in love with them all calling them “the most fun I have ever seen behind a DJ booth“. He then booked Kedi Bounce to play at SEVEN’s first party at Tresor in Berlin in 2024. That mix was recorded and is on the SEVEN SoundCloud channel.
They all became friends and the rest is history.
