About this record
From our friends Different Times in Munich. Skudge returns for their 6th release with Meadow, a confident blend of dub house and techno that lands somewhere between weightless and immersive.
Skudge has spent years refining a sound that breathes - tracks that move through space with the patience of proper dub, but carry the momentum and low-end presence of contemporary techno. Meadow sits comfortably in that territory, a four-track EP that rewards full listening but works equally well as peak-time fuel.
Different Times continues to demonstrate why they've become essential listening from Munich. This is music made for understanding, not decoration.
