About this record
Steve O'Sullivan operating under his Bluetrain alias delivers three cuts of measured dub techno across this Kontakt Records release. Conquering Lion stands as the standout - deep, spatial, built for the room rather than the rush.
O'Sullivan's Bluetrain project sits in that deliberate space where techno breathes. Rolling Riddim finds him working with constraint and patience, the kind of production that rewards sustained listening on a proper sound system. Dub techno done without pretence or unnecessary gesture.
Kontakt Records continues their run of uncompromising house and techno from Berlin and beyond. Limited blue splatter vinyl edition.
