SBWT

Four atmospheric dub techno and house cuts from Sub Basics & Witch Trials on Finnish imprint Elektorni. This is the label's tenth release, and it lands exactly where you'd want it to: deep, textured, unhurried. The kind of record that rewards patient listening.

SBWT craft spaces rather than moments. These tracks build from minimal foundations into something genuinely immersive - reverb-soaked breakdowns, dubbed-out atmospherics, and the sort of hypnotic repetition that makes sense only when you're three minutes in and completely under. It's the sound of dub techno done with real restraint and real ear.

Elektorni continues to signal serious intent as a label. Marauders sits naturally alongside their catalog - committed to the deeper end of the spectrum, no compromise on sound design, no rush. Essential for anyone who understands that the best house and techno works in the margins, not the center.
