About this record
O-Wells' long overdue debut on Berlin's Magic Power comes as four cuts lifted straight from his live set at a label night. These are tracks that work in the room, that breathe and build - proper dub techno alongside more linear techno excursions.
O-Wells has been a fixture in Berlin's underground for years, known for DJ sets that sit somewhere between sparse and hypnotic. This EP captures that sensibility in recorded form: tracks built on minimal frameworks that unfold over time, with the kind of restraint that demands repeated listening.
MP08 sits comfortably in Magic Power's growing catalogue - a label that's been consistently thoughtful about what it releases. Four tracks, 12 inch, 2026.
