Dib

Four deep, dubby and driving explorations from Italian producer Dib. These tracks move with the unhurried patience of proper dub techno - spacious, reverb-laden, and built for the long play. Each piece unfolds gradually, layering elements with restraint and letting the weight of the low end do the talking.

Dib's approach here sits comfortably in that lineage of producers who understand that less is often more: the focus is on texture, decay, and the physical sensation of sound moving through space. It's the kind of record that rewards repeated listens in context - designed for DJs who think in terms of journeys rather than peaks.

Released on Carpet & Snares Records, this EP sits firmly in the deeper end of the house and techno spectrum, neither rushing nor overstating itself. Solid work.
