Atish

Wonderful minimalistic dub house and techno release with a Steve O'Sullivan remix. Atish strips things back to essentials here - sparse percussion, carefully placed ambient textures, and the kind of breathing space that separates genuinely thoughtful dub from the noise. Three originals plus O'Sullivan's interpretation make for a proper EP that rewards repeated plays on good speakers.

Manjumasi continues its run of uncompromising releases with MAMAV006, staying true to the label's commitment to depth over trend. Atish's approach sits comfortably in that zone where dub techno and minimal house overlap - not trying to be anything it isn't, just confident in its own restraint. The kind of record that sounds better at 2am than it does on first listen, which is exactly as it should be.

On vinyl, this breathes. Peak condition for serious listening.
