Inspired by the early days of rave in the beginning of the 90s, Enter The Temple is a genre-bending EP that sits comfortably between progressive and uplifting, atmospheric and propulsive. Tempo Temple weaves italo sensibilities through acid house foundations - the kind of record that rewards patient listening but never loses momentum.
This is Planet Trip doing what they do best: digging into the deeper end of the acid house spectrum without getting precious about it. The tracks flex between trance-like builds and more angular electro moments, grounded throughout by that euphoric, slightly melancholic aesthetic that defined the better rave records of thirty years ago. Four tracks that understand the difference between retro and reverent.
