Traumer

Great album by Traumer that showcases his multigenre talent. Jazz, funk, and acoustic elements fuse naturally with electronic music, creating something that refuses easy categorisation.

Traumer has built a reputation for moving between styles with genuine musicianship rather than mere genre-hopping. On 3 Years Ago, that approach finds its fullest expression - deep techno frameworks serve as the foundation, but he's not afraid to let organic instrumentation breathe through the mix. A pianist's touch, a bassist's sensibility, a producer's precision.

This is Cosmo Records doing what they do best: giving artists space to explore without compromise. The result sits comfortably in deep house and minimal techno territory, but it's the jazz and funk DNA running underneath that gives the album its warmth and unexpected humanity. Worth hearing from start to finish.
