About this record
Dutch Detroit legend Voorn's debut on German label Sketches Records. Limited vinyl-only 4-tracker spanning acid-jack, Detroit house and deep house across the flip.
Orlando Voorn has long been a figure in the deeper end of house music, and this first outing for Sketches Records captures him working with precision and restraint across four tracks. What emerges is a study in dynamics - tracks that breathe, that leave space, that trust the dancefloor to meet him halfway rather than overwhelm it.
Sketches Records has built a reputation for thoughtful, timeless house releases. This EP sits comfortably in that lineage: no filler, no trend-chasing, just the kind of record that sounds as good at 3am as it does in your front room. Vinyl only, limited run. Worth hearing.
