131bpm

A Berlin household name delivers exactly what he does best - sass'd up sexy dancefloor burners that land somewhere between house and electro. 131bpm's signature sound is unmistakable: clever arrangements, kinetic energy, and just enough attitude to make the record feel lived-in rather than clinical.

Ethereal Yarn is a tightly wound four-track EP on Step Ball Chain, the kind of record that rewards both peak-time spin and late-set deep-dive. The tech-house and bass elements sit comfortably in his wheelhouse, threading electro textures through stripped-down house frameworks. Nothing here feels accidental.

If you know 131bpm's work, you already know where to find him on the dancefloor. If you don't, this is a solid entry point - proof of why he's held down Berlin's underground house scene with such consistent, uncompromising taste.
