About this record
Four best friends come together on Cinthie's Beste Freunde label to release chugging, deep and classic house stompers. This is exactly what a compilation should be - a genuine gathering of like-minded producers rather than a scatter-shot collection. The whole thing breathes with the collaborative spirit of the Elevate crew, and it shows in every groove.
Beste Freunde as a platform has always prioritized substance over scene-building, and BFF05 is no exception. You're getting properly constructed house tracks here - the kind that reveal themselves over repeated listens, built on solid foundations rather than novelty appeal.
A white label 12" that works as hard on the decks as it does in your collection. Essential if you've been following what's happening in Berlin's deeper house circles.
