About this record
Repress alert. This 2023 split between Traumer and Kolter on French imprint Berg Audio marks Traumer's first vinyl outing for the sought-after 'District'. Deep house and dub techno that rewards patience and repeat listens.
Traumer's work sits at the intersection of hypnotic grooves and textural abstraction. His approach favours minimal gestures, space, and the kind of production detail that reveals itself only over time. This EP captures that sensibility in focused form.
Berg Audio operates in familiar territory - patient, sophisticated house and techno for the thinking dancefloor. If you've been hunting for this one, stock is limited.
