About this record
Repress alert. André Kronert returns to Berg Audio with Open Our Eyes, a study in dubby, reduced dancefloor techno that sits comfortably between the margins of restraint and hypnosis. This 2024 reissue includes the highly awaited repress of 'Triton' - a track that's earned its keep through steady demand on the underground circuit. Handstamped and limited.
Kronert's approach here strips away excess without sacrificing depth. The tracks breathe, they shift, they pull you into a kind of meditative lock rather than demanding your immediate attention. Berg Audio's aesthetic aligns perfectly with this vision - the French imprint has built a reputation for patient, textural techno that rewards close listening and repeated plays.
If you've been hunting for this one, now's the time. Limited pressing, handstamped.
