About this record
New Skudge tunes on his own imprint - Detroit style, real techno stuff. Imported by Kompakt.
Skudge continues to prove why his label matters with Source EP, a four-track descent into proper techno craft. These are tracks built on fundamentals: tight drums, hypnotic repetition, and the kind of spatial awareness that separates routine from transcendent. The Detroit lineage runs through every groove - stripped-back, mechanical, uncompromising.
Skudge Records has established itself as a reliable outlet for unvarnished house and techno thinking. This EP reinforces that vision: music designed for the floor, engineered with patience, released without compromise. Essential for anyone serious about what techno actually is.
