About this record
Second release on Klasse Wrecks' Cabbage Trax imprint. DMX Krew and Luca Lozano trade remixes across four tracks of techno, electro and breaks - a taut exchange that plays both producers' strengths against each other.
DMX Krew's stripped-back approach to warehouse electronics meets Lozano's breakbeat sensibility here. The interplay between original and reworked material keeps things moving, each remix landing its own spatial logic rather than simply rehashing the source.
Cabbage Trax continues its run of tight, functional club cuts for the heads who still care about the engineering.
