About this record
New interpretations of absolute house classics from Kevin Saunderson's KMS imprint.
This sampler gathers fresh takes on defining moments from the Detroit legend's catalogue, pulling from tracks that shaped the sound of techno and house across the 1980s and beyond. Saunderson's KMS Records remains one of the most influential independent labels in electronic music history, and these reinterpretations honour that legacy while pushing the material forward through contemporary production and arrangement.
A essential listen for anyone serious about house music and the lineage that connects Detroit's foundational work to today's underground scene.
