Everything But The Girl

First new EBTG album in 24 years. Tracey Thorn and Ben Watt return with Fuse, a record that finds electronic soul meeting house and UK garage on Buzzin' Fly. It's a continuation of the journey that began with their '90s drum and bass reinvention, but looser, warmer, more dancefloor-ready. These ten tracks move between lush, soulful grooves and stripped-back rhythmic experiments - the kind of record that rewards both close listening and late-night play.

Released on limited green translucent vinyl, Fuse proves that EBTG's restless curiosity hasn't dulled. Watt's production is textural and spacious, while Thorn's voice - still unmistakable - floats through with the kind of weight that only comes from decades of craft. This isn't nostalgia. It's a working artist making work that matters.
