Dinge Queen In The Mist

Four-mixer trance-house 12" on Flash Your Tits / Heidi Of Switzerland. A genuinely obscure early rave-era oddity from 1993 that's proved hard to find. This is the kind of record that circulated underground, got lost, and now feels like an artefact from a specific moment when house and trance were still figuring out how to coexist on the dancefloor.

Dinge Queen In The Mist worked with the kind of stripped-down, characterful production that defined the era. The mixing approach - four decks in conversation - gives the record a tangible physicality that modern dance music sometimes loses. It's lo-fi by today's standards, but that's precisely where its charm lives.

Flash Your Tits as a label captured something real about early 90s underground dance culture. This reissue context alone makes it worth hearing if you're into the deeper genealogy of house and trance. Hard-to-find records often stay that way for good reason, but this one deserves the attention of collectors and curious listeners alike.
