Aedis

Aedis brings a unique sound to Dzungla with the Halo EP - tracks that shift fluidly from percussive, driving techno into deeper, groove-led territory. The work is centred around basslines and tightly structured patterns, each one a controlled exploration of space and rhythm.

Across four sides of 12-inch vinyl, Aedis demonstrates a command of minimal and tech house frameworks without relying on obvious gestures. This is music that rewards close listening: hypnotic in its construction, deliberate in its restraint. The percussion cuts clean, the grooves lock tight, and the low end sits with purpose.

Dzungla's third release establishes Aedis as a producer thinking carefully about how techno can breathe. Not minimal in the sense of sparse, but minimal in discipline - every element earning its place in the mix.
