About this record
Driving, big and modern tech house stompers on Binh's Time Passages label. Radu Dracul delivers four tracks built for the floor - the kind of relentless, propulsive cuts that define contemporary tech house at its most purposeful. These are records designed to work in real time, with the mechanical precision and hypnotic repetition that make the best contemporary house music feel inevitable.
Time Passages continues its run of intelligent, uncompromising releases. Binh's operation has become a reliable marker of quality in the current landscape, and Pump-Matic sits comfortably within that aesthetic - modern production, functional but never soulless, with enough detail to reward close listening on the right system.
