About this record
Leipzig's Marvin Uhde on London's X-Kalay. Hard to get four-tracker spanning clubby prog, sunrise tech and grooved out electro.
Qnete works in that restless space between house and techno where the best energy lives - tracks that build with patience but never lose their dancefloor intuition. This EP moves through distinct moods without losing coherence: the opening cuts lean into peak-hour prog while the B-side settles into something altogether more hypnotic and groove-oriented, the kind of understated electro sensibility that rewards repeated listening.
X-Kalay continues its track record of sourcing real character from the underground. Four tracks, each one pulling its own weight. Essential.
