About this record
Staff Tip: Sleazy bass line tech house rollers with a Christopher Ledger remix that hits different. Primitive Needs brings the kind of stripped-back, groove-focused tech house that works equally well in the basement or on a proper dancefloor - the sort of record that builds momentum through repetition and low-end pressure rather than spectacle.
R.A.N.D. Muzik Recordings continues its run of solid, unadorned house cuts with this one. The label's strength has always been knowing when to let a bassline do the talking, and RM12034 proves the point. Ledger's remix adds another angle to an already compelling package.
Essential for tech house selectors after material with real weight and staying power.
