About this record
Crate digger alert. This is absolute genre-defining tech house - a real CDV classic that's been played by legends like Ricardo Villalobos. Super rare, and the Discogs prices keep climbing, so we're hoping for a repress.
Microman's 'Stay In Bed' Remixes arrived on Ahab in early 1998 as a statement of intent. The record sits perfectly at that sweet spot where tech house muscle meets future jazz sensibility, layered with garage house grit. It's not a flash-in-the-pan novelty; this is the kind of record that defined a sound and aged into collectible territory precisely because it got the fundamentals right.
A 12" at 45 RPM, pressed in stereo. The kind of object that rewards careful listening and justifies the hunt.
