Early Oyster release. Three unreleased mixes by Helium that hold their own against the originals unearthed back in 1993. These are stripped-down takes that prove the core idea was always strong - minimal but purposeful, built to move a room rather than impress a bedroom listener.

Helium's approach across these three cuts sits comfortably between house and techno, with moments that drift into ambient territory. The remaster has brought out details that probably stayed buried on the original tape, giving these tracks room to breathe without losing their edge. This is the kind of release that makes sense only on wax: the 45 RPM pressing lets you sit with these grooves properly.
