About this record
As Aussie as it gets. This one's for the doof. Three deep proggy, ethereal trancers caught between techno and psytrance, the kind of tracks that build patient and relentless over eight, nine minutes.
Sleep D knows how to stretch a groove into something hypnotic without losing the thread. Kalahari Oyster Cult continues to dig into that zone where the dancefloor meets the desert - minimal synth work, locked-in percussion, that sense of floating velocity that keeps you moving even when nothing's rushing.
Reward Chemicals lands as three untitled journeys, each one holding its own pocket of space. You'll hear why this resonates with the Australian underground: it's got the muscle for the club and the patience for the ritual.
