About this record
Slow-burning four-tracker from Bangkok native DOTT. Intricate sound design and drumming that rewards close listening - the kind of record that unfolds differently each time you play it.
DOTT works in the margins of tech house and minimal, building tension through layered percussion and carefully considered synthesis. There's nothing rushed here. Each track develops its own logic, with drum programming that feels both precise and organic, never losing sight of the groove underneath the detail.
VBX Music continues to carve out space for this kind of patient, textural work. Essential for anyone interested in where house music goes when you strip away the obvious and trust your instincts.
