About this record
First vinyl pressing of Tangent Boy, UK underground secret. Dexter's been operating below the radar for years, and this Endell Street release finally brings the goods to wax. Flip side is a remastered cut of Funk Warped - the kind of record that circulates on USB sticks and Discogs want lists among the heads who actually know.
Tech house that doesn't announce itself. Dexter works in the spaces between precision and groove, the kind of engineering you clock on the third or fourth listen. Endell Street continues its run of smart, uncompromising releases - no hype, no padding, just records that stand up in a booth and on the turntable at home.
12" at 45 RPM. For the people who remember why they started digging in the first place.
