About this record
Deep grooves and loose swingful drums for your entertainment - that's what Snad delivers on the Nandri EP. These are tracks built for the floor but not bound by it, the kind of records that work equally well in a late-night basement or on your own system at home.
Snad's approach to deep house and minimal sits comfortably in that sweet spot between restraint and groove. The drums have a human touch, never metronomic, while the bass sits deep and generous in the mix. This is about space and pocket, not filler.
Feuilleton, the French label, has been quietly consistent with their output since the mid-2010s - always choosing substance over trend. The Nandri EP sits well within that lineage: honest, unadorned house music that respects the listener's time and intelligence.
