Nairless

Ever-building, balearic, prog trips - the kind of thing you'd catch from a DKMNTL selector working the beach stage. Nairless has crafted something genuinely immersive here, tracks that unfold rather than announce themselves, drawing you deeper with each turn of the plate.

Smiling Phases delivers a proper introduction with this one. Balearic Dreams EP sits comfortably in that sweet spot between progressive house structure and trance's hypnotic pull, all filtered through a distinctly Mediterranean sensibility. There's space in these grooves, room to breathe, but enough forward momentum to keep things moving across the dancefloor.

Worth seeking out if you're after records that reward repeated listens - the kind that reveal new details the third time round.
