Intrusion

A timeless classic featuring Tikuman on vocals and Rhodes - finally arriving on wax over 20 years after the original. This is essential for any serious dub lover.

Intrusion's The Seduction Of Silence emerges from echospace [detroit], the Detroit institution that has long championed the deeper reaches of dub techno and ambient. What makes this reissue significant isn't just the passage of time but the quality of what's been preserved: immersive, spacious production that rewards patient listening, where every decay and digital echo serves the composition.

The remastered pressing captures the original's restraint and warmth - Rhodes tones blooming beneath Tikuman's meditative vocals, stripped arrangements that breathe. It's music that sits in shadow rather than demanding centre stage, the kind of record that becomes more present the more you lean in. A first pressing on vinyl for a piece that's been waiting a long time for this treatment.
