Demuja

Bernhard Weiss operates MUJA as a space for uncompromising house music in its many forms. This cassette release from March 2024 captures two distinct moods across twenty-four tracks, each side a carefully curated journey rather than a sequence.

Side A, the Energy Mix, threads through house, disco and techno with the kind of forward momentum that rewards sustained listening. Side B, the Relax Mix, pivots toward ambient and deeper textures - still rhythmic, but space to breathe. Weiss moves between these registers without ceremony, treating them as natural extensions of a single vision.

Felt at home in deep house and the margins between genres, this is the kind of release that works equally well as a focused listen or a lived-in soundtrack. MUJA continues its quietly essential work releasing music that refuses easy categorization.
