About this record
Steezy, bouncy, minimal for afterhours. To nod your head to. Brawther's debut on Scale Factor arrives as a proper deep house proposition - the kind of record that settles into the late shift with ease, all crisp percussion and groove-first sensibilities. Nothing wasted, nothing surplus. Just the right amount of bounce to keep bodies moving when the room's half-full and the vibe's turned inward.
This is minimal deep house that understands restraint without sacrificing pocket. Brawther strips back to essentials - clean kicks, tight drums, space enough to breathe - but never lets the energy flag. Scale Factor's first release sets a confident tone for the label: functional, refined, made for the moment when afterhours logic takes over and only the right records work.
