Nous'klaer Audio

Nous'klaer Audio is a label from Rotterdam, founded by Sjoerd Oberman (DJ Oberman) in 2013. Over a decade later it has grown into one of the more reliable Dutch outlets with a consistently credible catalogue.

The releases move across techno, ambient, IDM, electro and leftfield house, and the label has kept a steady habit of introducing artists rather than chasing names.

Nikos ten Hoedt's Spine is a good way in: four tracks of deep, tribal, driving techno that opens a new series on the label called Spine, focused on flow while staying energetic and driving.

Oceanic's ICI comes from a long-running mainstay, and Mata Disk's MindBoggle EP brings a Rotterdam take on broken beat tightness.
