About this record

Album repress alert. Yīn Yīn's psychedelic rock and funk fusion remains exactly what made the original essential - a record that sprawls across genres without losing its groove. The hidden track Dis Ko Dis Ko sits locked in the groove at the end, waiting to wrong-foot your dancefloor at the crucial moment.

Yīn Yīn emerged from Berlin's underground with a sound that refuses easy categorization: heavy on the funk pocket, surf-inflected guitars, genuine psychedelic depth. This isn't novelty fusion. Every element serves the hypnotic drive underneath, whether they're stretching out over seven minutes or hitting you with a three-minute curve ball.

Les Disques Bongo Joe has always understood records like this - music that needs space to breathe but knows when to shift the weight. Limited edition. Grab it while it's available.
