About this record
House tools! From stripped minimal to peak-time groove and a deep bleeper for the heads. Bladehouse IV delivers exactly what the title promises - four tracks engineered for the dancefloor and the headphone detective alike.
This EP trades hype for craft. The production here is lean and purposeful, moving between sparse minimal architectures and the kind of tech-house momentum that rewards patient DJs. There's a depth to the percussion work and a clarity to the synth design that marks this as serious toolkit material - the kind of record that works equally well as individual components or as a complete narrative across the 12".
Bladehouse continues to position itself as a label for the thinking dancer, prioritising substance over fashion. If you're building sets rather than chasing trends, this one belongs on your shelf.
