About this record
Skee Mask with his unique approach to electronic music, crafts another outstanding EP. Lighthearted techno strictly for the dancefloor.
Skee Mask has consistently pushed breakbeat and techno into unexpected territory, and ISS012 continues that trajectory with tracks built for physicality and playfulness. There's a refreshing levity here - these aren't tense, minimal techno cuts, but rather rhythmically inventive pieces that reward dancefloor engagement without sacrificing depth.
Another solid addition to the Ilian Tape catalogue, where experimental electronic production meets the needs of the club.
