About this record
First release from Rock Tha House Traxx, a vinyl-only label fresh out of Chile, spotlighting emerging talent from across South America. This debut EP pairs Nima Gorji and Philippe Quenum with a roster of regional producers, marking a genuine statement of intent from the imprint.
The Homies EP sits comfortably in deep house territory - minimal, groove-focused, and rooted in the kind of stripped-back tech sensibility that works equally well on a dancefloor or at home. These are tracks built on restraint: dubbed-out percussion, space between the elements, and the kind of production clarity that rewards repeated listening. Nothing flashy, nothing forced.
A proper introduction to what Rock Tha House Traxx is about. Limited run on vinyl, as intended.
