About this record
The Queers will love it. Extra naughty and explicit latin, dancehall and reggaeton LP on one vinyl. Rich Era and Victor Alvarellos deliver the goods on Latin Twist 17 - a release that doesn't hold back on attitude or energy.
This is reggaeton made for the dancefloor with no apologies. The production sits somewhere between raw dancehall swagger and contemporary reggaeton pressure, built on the kind of riddims that demand bodies to move. Both producers understand the language of underground latino club culture - the explicit wordplay, the sexual tension in the rhythm, the way a riddim can command a room.
Latin Twist as a label has carved out a space for this kind of unapologetic, street-level sound. LATW-017 continues that mission cleanly. One vinyl, plenty to work with.
