About this record
Repress alert. This is the sought-after 1997 deep house EP from Antwerp's Marius Acke, finally back in circulation on Happiness Therapy. Limited yellow translucent wax only.
Acke's work from the late 90s sits at that sweet spot between Belgian deep house sensibility and garage house groove - tracks built on spacious, hypnotic structures that reward repeated listening. The original press has commanded respect in collector circles for years, and rightfully so. These are patient, intelligent productions that trust the dance floor to find the pocket.
This reissue lands on Happiness Therapy, the French label that clearly understands the value of revisiting quality catalogue material. If you missed it first time, or your original copy has been worked hard, this is the moment.
