About this record
An ambient masterpiece from our dear friend JakoJako, packed with interesting field recordings that draw you into unfamiliar sonic territory. This is thoughtful, textural work that rewards close listening.
JakoJako has long been attuned to the overlooked sounds around us - the ambient material that most people walk past without hearing. Tet 41 deepens that practice, layering field recordings with subtle synthesis and careful arrangement to create something both immersive and meditative. The record unfolds slowly, asking for your attention but never demanding it.
Mute's continued commitment to ambient exploration finds ideal expression here. This is essential listening for anyone interested in the intersection of field recording, sound design, and contemporary ambient music.
