About this record
Panorama Bar closer material. This is the standout cosmic electro gem that makes sense exclusively on warm analog synths - the A-side floats with that liquid, sun-bleached synthesis that Panorama's closing hours demand. Flip it and you get the sleek acid and disco cut on the B, all raw 303 lines and that unmistakable pulse that bridges the floor between deep house and peak-time techno.
Italo Deviance Records continues its run of properly considered electro excursions. This one sits somewhere in the sweet spot between the Italo synthesis lineage and contemporary acid aesthetics - no irony, no pastiche, just solid musicianship with real equipment doing real work.
IDR-DIG-008 is exactly the kind of record that justifies digging. Two sides, two distinct moods, both essential.
