About this record
A real crowd pleaser and must-have in every bag - thank god it got repressed. Belabbas delivers the kind of record that justifies its second life on vinyl, moving through deep, tech-inflected house grooves with genuine purpose.
Rider On The Storm sits comfortably in that sweet spot between stripped-back deep house aesthetics and the forward momentum of contemporary tech house. Each track builds its own landscape without overcomplicating matters - the kind of functional, dancefloor-ready material that rewards both peak-time play and late-night exploration.
Automatic Writing continue their run of intelligent house releases with this one. Essential.
