About this record
Sharp electroish house cuts inspired by the old school. BufoBufo strips back to essentials on this four-track PARTOUT release, building tracks around crisp percussion and lean synth work that owes more to early acid house mechanics than contemporary trends. There's a real economy of movement here - every element earns its place.
The EP sits somewhere between proper techno grids and house's more playful moments, with breaks that feel earned rather than imposed. This is music for people who still value the architecture of a record: clean, purposeful, built to last on the floor.
