It’s the first full length music video by Berlin based SEVEN.
We are super excited today to release our first music video to support the launch of SEVEN7004. The video supports the track Stretch & Repeat by Sparkly Pony which is on our release SEVEN7004. This release is Stretch Repetition and is a colab EP between two Berlin friends Sparkly Pony and Posture.
The video was Directed by Solene Ballesta and shot in Tokyo, Japan.
Stretch & Repeat is a chaotic workout fantasy straight out of Tokyo’s queer underground, part gym class, part fever dream, and fully unhinged.
We brought together some of the city’s fiercest drag artists and dancers for a twisted fitness lesson that quickly goes off the rails. The concept is an homage to the hottest, most excessive music videos of the early 2000s : sweat, sex, and a lot of sass, but flipped and exaggerated with zero limits and a wicked sense of humor. It’s a celebration of bodies, rhythm, and camp.
