YUNJIN

YUNJIN is a Korean-Canadian musician, producer, and DJ based in Berlin. Her background spans jazz piano studies at Humber College in Toronto, where she became a well-loved figure in the city's music community, lending her distinctive touch on synthesizers and piano to projects across jazz, free-improv, folk, pop, contemporary classical, and electronic music.

Over time, Toronto's underground electronic scene drew her deeper into synthesis and production, and she began DJing in 2022. She relocated to Berlin in 2023, keen to connect with new music communities and continue developing her practice. This year, she released her track 'Cooking Up Percs' on Peach Discs compliation album, 'Peach Pals Vol.5'.

Her DJ sets reflect the breadth of her musical background, weaving together genres that don't always share a stage and finding the unexpected places where they meet.
